    Absent new job creation, we need the assurance that every family will receive a guaranteed income, especially in light of the extreme wealth derived from decades of new technologies funded by our tax dollars, says Paul Buchheit, author of Disposable Americans. Independent studies of guaranteed income programs show improved education and health outcomes, as well as more stability for families.
