    The Supreme Court stepped in with a 5-4 vote to stay a June 9 Fifth Circuit Court ruling on the omnibus anti-abortion law HB2 just before the ruling shuttered all but nine Texas abortion clinics by requiring hospital-like facility upgrades, preventing further reductions in access for 27 million residents already facing significant hurtles to reproductive health care.
