    The nickname "Mad Dog" given to Trump's choice for secretary of defense, retired Marine Gen. Mattis, doesn't even begin to describe a war criminal who oversaw the slaughter of an estimated 5,700 Iraqi civilians during two sieges of Fallujah in 2004.
