Zygmunt Bauman

Zygmunt Bauman is a Polish sociologist who, since 1971, has resided in England. He is an emeritus professor of sociology at the University of Leeds. Bauman's published work extends to 57 books and well over a hundred articles. Much of his work examines the themes of globalization, modernity and postmodernity, consumerism and morality.
