Todd Lewis Ashker

Todd Lewis Ashker, 52, spent his teenage years "in and out of juvenile facilities" for various nonviolent infractions, and was imprisoned for burglary at the age of 18. In 1990, he was convicted of second-degree murder for killing another prisoner in what he describes as a "prearranged fight." He was subsequently "validated" as a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, an affiliation he continues to deny. Ashker has since been held in isolation at Pelican Bay State Prison.
