    A man in Washington State believes he can help slow climate disruption by working to save mangrove forests, which sequester up to five times as much carbon as normal forests. If current deforestation and sea level increase trends continue, most of the carbon stored in mangroves, along with their ability to sequester more in the future, will be released back into the atmosphere, as mangroves are likely be gone completely by 2100.
