    A new border wall prototype being constructed along a 20-mile stretch at Santa Teresa near New Mexico's state line with Texas is being hailed as a "serious structure" that neither humans nor animals can get past. But immigrant rights groups are pushing back against dangerous narratives about their homes on the border, and environmental advocates are taking the administration to court.
