    Muhammad Allyan says Israel refuses to release the body of his son, Bahaa, who was killed in 2015 by Israeli police. Israel alleges Bahaa and another Palestinian man killed three Israelis in a bus attack. The Allyans have faced collective punishment since Bahaa's death.
