The explosion in the fertilizer plant in West, Texas brought to light the dangers of the under-regulated chemical industry. Mike Ludwig talks to Ted Asregadoo about how the accident in Texas was not an isolated incident. Rather, it was one of 1000 chemically related accidents involving ammonium nitrate and anhydrous ammonia in the last 15 years.
