Jeneda and Clayson Benally of the Native American punk band Blackfire are suing the U.S. Forest Service over plans to turn Flagstaff's waste water into snow for a ski resort.
The ski resort lies atop the San Francisco peaks—mountains that are spiritually and culturally sacred to indigenous people in the region.
